The Management Committee supports institutional planning and development, while the Academic Advisory Committee ensures academic quality, curriculum development, and innovation.

The Director/Principal is responsible for day-to-day administration and implementation of institutional policies. Under their leadership, different departments work in coordination to achieve academic excellence.

The Administrative Department handles admissions, records, and general administration, while the Finance & Accounts Committee manages budgeting, financial planning, and transparency.

The Faculty & Staff form the backbone of the institute by delivering quality education and mentoring students. Finally, the Students are at the core of the entire system, benefiting from structured learning and institutional support.
